I am a Director Level stylist with over 25 years’ experience. Hair has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember and I enjoy this profession immensely!  I specialize in many aspects of color including Corrective Color, Balayage and Dimensional Color. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with my team members, as I am our company’s Hair Cutting Educator specializing in advanced cutting techniques including Precision and Razor Cuts. I grew up in the salon of my mom’s best friend and seeing the boost of confidence these women got from treating themselves to their hair was the what initiated me interest in the beauty world. My first job at 16 was in a salon and I haven’t left the beauty industry since. I graduated from Pinnacle Institution of Cosmetology in 2010 and started my journey as a stylist. After graduation, I was able to assist many talented stylists that taught me so much that I still carry with me 12 years into my career. My main goal as your stylist is not only to meet your expectations with your hair needs, but to gain your trust for us to adventure though your hair journey together and build a connection with you!

Hi, my name is Melissa. I’m a licensed Cosmologist with over 26 years experience and a Director Stylist at Haircolorexperts at Highland Creek. Hair has always been a passion of mine. It’s gratifying to know you can make a difference in someone’s life by coloring or styling their hair. I’ve been using Wella Color the last 9 nine years since working with Haircolorexperts. My specialties include Highlights, Balayage, Color, and Corrective Color. We pride ourselves on being a Wella Salon although we do carry other brands. Some of my favorite products to use are Wella Fusion Plex Shampoo and Conditioner, Aluram Leave in Conditioner, Eufora Boost Volume Spray, Moroccan Oil Smoothing Cream, Moroccan Oil Dry Texture Spray & Mending Infusion.
