Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on our services but we want you to be completely satisfied. In the event you are not 100% satisfied, we welcome you to return within 7 days of your original service date for a complimentary re-do. Re-do’s are to correct the original, unaltered service. Any changes to the service due to your own adjustments or desire for a different color, haircut or look, will incur an additional service cost.
Reservations & Deposits
We recommend that you secure a reservation in advance to ensure your stylist is available on the date and time of your preference. We will collect a $50 deposit for services requiring 2 or more hours. Deposits will be applied to your service total or forfeited as a courtesy fee in the event of a No-Show or Same-Day Cancellation.
Late Arrivals
If you are going to be late for your scheduled visit, we kindly ask that you contact us. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may be required to reschedule your visit so we don’t disrupt our other guest’s and stylist’s schedules. We also reserve the right to charge 50% of the value of your scheduled services.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
To respect the time of our stylists, we simply ask that you provide us with 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation. This allows us time to utilize our waiting list to keep our stylist’s schedules filled.
Missed Visits (No-Show’s) & Same-Day Cancelations
No-Show’s cost our talented artists time and money. Guests who miss their scheduled visit or cancel and/or reschedule without providing 24 hours’ notice, will be charged 50% of the value of their scheduled services. You may also be asked to pre-pay for future services. We reserve the right to ask for a credit card guarantee on any service.
